Head Chef Francesco Vitagliano has created a generous menu filled with festive favourites—from mortadella with burratina and pistachio pesto, Tuscan ricotta gnudi and Mooloolaba prawns, to stracciatella ravioli, grilled lamb cutlets and all the trimmings.
